[Brainstorm] Improvements and optimizations for AI assisted development

This is a meta issue to brainstorm and identify ways we can make this project as effective as possible when using developer-assistance tools like LLMs.

For example:

• We have a DESIGN.md file for the ecosystem explorer website to help with style enforcement.
• We have an AGENTS.md file for general information, but perhaps we should revisit it in light of the recent buzz around https://github.com/forrestchang/andrej-karpathy-skills/blob/main/CLAUDE.md
• We have some docs with some context around architecture and decisions made
