Summary

add a generated SDK smoke test that calls the Effect HttpApi web handler directly
verify SDK query serialization works for file.read and session.list
verify SDK flattened JSON body serialization works for session.create

Verification

bun typecheck from packages/opencode
bun run test:ci test/server/httpapi-sdk.test.ts test/server/httpapi-bridge.test.ts from packages/opencode
