This PR fixes an issue reported on the Developer Community. The
objectscript.syncLocalChangessetting is now anenuminstead of aboolean. The"all"value corresponds to the previoustruevalue,"none"corresponds tofalse, and"vscodeOnly"restores the pre-#1401 behavior.
